My flowers weren’t exactly what I ordered, so I emailed and let them know. The next day, they went out of their way to redo the flowers along with a new balloon and stuffed animal and delivered them to my door within an hour or so! They were very kind and apologetic. I appreciated the extra effort they gave in making things right. 5⭐️
Everyone was very respectful and helpful it was a little expensive for my taste but I still grabbed a few things I wanted for my wife. I didn't get any flowers the only one available was a 12 rose bouquet for 100 but it was in a very nice vase which I assume is included i don't do much flower shopping. I bought a small stuffed animal, an insulated metal cup, and a candle which came out to 91 dollars and some change.
So, I ordered a lovely arrangement for my one year anniversary with my girlfriend online. I was several states over on a work trip. I wrote the message out with instructions to cross out a certain word. In the part of the order that asked more detailed instructions I reiterated that I wanted the word crossed out and to please do NOT write the message verbatim. And just to be certain I called and spoke to a lady to verify that the message would be written as instructed and she looked into it and confirmed that they wouldn’t be. She claimed that she would even make a note on the order to write the correct message. I got home from my trip and the flowers were beautiful… but
Mistakes were made on both sides of the transaction. To err is human. If you read these comments you’ll find that they clearly care about the satisfaction of the customer as well as the reputation of their business. Like the others have stated, I received a call from them. They were very kind, apologetic and eager to resolve any dissatisfaction on my end. These things happen. No reason to besmirch a business. The flowers were beautiful and that’s all that matters. Going back to 5 stars.
