All Flowered Up Too

My daughter bought a bouquet in a basket that showed blue and yellow and pink. It’s a large bouquet that looks like spring. She knows I love blue and pink. I was heartbroken when she text me and sent me a picture of what she thought it would look like and what I actually look like and said she remembered I love blue and pink. I’m sure she paid quite a lot for the arrangement as it was from all my children and grandchildren. Unfortunately she said she won’t call and complain she just won’t shop at all flowered up to again. Her name is Lisa Flake if you’d like to contact her and apologize.The basket was for my birthday and she was so sad to tell me she did not get what she ordered. I have to say my one star changed to 5 stars after I called and let the store know what I received and what my daughter had ordered from the pictures on their website. They came and picked the original arrangement up and sent me the most beautiful arrangement that was even beyond what I expected. Their service was quick and responsive and I really appreciate it. Thank you for excellent service And a beautiful arrangement.

My sisters from Michigan and Ohio sent me flowers when I was in the hospital in Lubbock, Texas. The flowers were beautiful. My sisters said to make sure there was lots of orange in the arrangement because orange is my favorite color. You guys outdid yourselves with that request. Even the vase was orange with prints on it. Absolutely amazing job you did. Thank you so much. You seriously made my day. I got several compliments on my beautiful flowers.

Best locally owned flower shop in Lubbock! I called around to the local shops (must use our small businesses in town) and Ann Marie (ask for her by name, she is awesome) went out of her way to contact their delivery driver to squeeze in my late and last minute request. She went above and beyond the call of duty to accommodate me. I'll use no other flower shop going forward.
